3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
• Express shipping — 5–10 days
• Standard international shipping — 7–21 days
• Cargo (Air / Road) — 10–25 days
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:
• customs clearance procedures
• export control reviews
• logistics providers
• third-party actions
• governmental restrictions
• sanctions compliance checks
If a product is not in stock, additional time may be required for
production or preparation. Final timelines are confirmed prior to
shipment.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated
individually based on:
• weight and dimensions
• destination country
• selected shipping method
• packaging requirements
• insurance request

5. Shipment via Customer’s Forwarder
If you have your own
logistics partner or warehouse in China, we can:
5.1. Deliver goods to your designated address
5.2. Release cargo to your freight forwarder
5.3. Organize consolidation
5.4. Ship via your selected cargo line
Upon handover, transport documentation and tracking details are
provided.
6. Incoterms (2020)
Shipment can be arranged
under the following Incoterms 2020 conditions:
• EXW — Ex Works (China warehouse pickup)
• FOB — Free On Board
• CIF — Cost, Insurance and Freight
• DAP — Delivered At Place
Allocation of risk and responsibility is governed by the agreed
Incoterms 2020 terms.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer in accordance with the
selected Incoterms.
7. Insurance
Cargo insurance is arranged
upon Buyer’s request and is subject to additional cost unless otherwise agreed
in writing.
If insurance is not requested, risk allocation follows the agreed
Incoterms.
8. Customs Compliance
The Buyer is solely
responsible for:
8.1. Compliance with import regulations in the destination country
8.2. Obtaining necessary licenses and permits
8.3. Payment of customs duties and taxes
8.4. Compliance with export and import control laws
The Company provides standard shipping documentation required for
international trade.
9. Export Control & Sanctions
Shipment may be suspended
or cancelled if export control or sanctions risks are identified.
The Company reserves the right to request end-user information and
confirmation of lawful use.
10. Tracking
After dispatch, the Buyer
receives:
• tracking number
• transport documentation reference
Tracking updates may appear with delay depending on the selected
shipping channel.
